Juventus have identified Alexander Sorloth as one of the priority reinforcements for Luciano Spalletti’s new-look attack, with negotiations between the Bianconeri and Atletico Madrid gathering momentum in recent days.
After effectively closing the chapter on Dusan Vlahovic’s contract situation, Juventus have shifted their full attention to the Norwegian striker, who is viewed as an ideal profile to lead the club’s attacking line next season.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have already received encouraging signals from Sorloth himself. The striker is said to be impressed by the sporting project presented by Spalletti and is open to a move to Turin.

A four-year contract worth around €4 million per season plus bonuses is reportedly on the table. While a final agreement has yet to be reached, the foundations for a deal are already in place.
Nico Gonzalez Could Play a Key Role in the Deal
Positive signs are also emerging from Madrid. Atletico do not consider Sorloth untouchable and would be willing to discuss his departure if an acceptable offer arrives.
Despite not always being a regular starter under Diego Simeone, the Norwegian enjoyed an impressive campaign, finishing the season with 20 goals in all competitions and establishing himself as one of Atletico’s most productive forwards.
The future of Nico Gonzalez could also influence the negotiations. The Argentine winger remains highly regarded by both Simeone and the Atletico hierarchy following his experience with Los Colchoneros.
Although the two operations are officially separate, Juventus are aware that a significant investment in Sorloth would become far more sustainable if Gonzalez were sold on a permanent basis.
Atletico Madrid are currently valuing Sorloth at around €30 million plus bonuses, while Juventus hope to generate between €25 million and €27 million from the sale of Gonzalez.
Discussions remain ongoing as both clubs work to bridge the gap and find a solution that satisfies all parties.
