Juventus have reportedly made contact with Bologna over a possible move for left-back Juan Miranda, as the Bianconeri continue to assess their options on the defensive flank.
According to Il Resto del Carlino via TuttoJuve, Juventus have made a surprise approach for the Spanish defender, who was born in 2000 and is currently under contract with Bologna until June 2028.
The move would represent another attempt by the Turin giants to strengthen their squad while also finding solutions for players who could be available for a departure.
Juventus Offer Cabal in Potential Swap Deal
The report claims that Juventus are prepared to offer Juan Cabal plus a cash adjustment of around €5–7 million in an attempt to convince Bologna to part ways with Miranda.
The proposal comes after Juventus also secured the services of Bologna defender Jhon Lucumí, although Miranda would represent a different type of option for the Bianconeri given his role as a left-back.

For Bologna, the potential inclusion of Cabal could make the proposal more attractive, particularly if the Colombian is no longer considered central to Juventus’ plans.
However, there is currently an obstacle: Cabal has reportedly rejected the possibility of moving to Bologna.
That situation could still change in the coming days. The Colombian defender may find himself reconsidering his position if new Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti continues to leave him out of the squad.
According to the report, another absence from the matchday squad for Juventus’ second league fixture against Parma could increase the pressure on Cabal to consider a move away from Turin.
For now, negotiations appear to be at an early stage, with Bologna yet to be convinced and Cabal unwilling to accept the proposed destination.
Nevertheless, Juventus’ approach confirms that Miranda has entered their list of defensive targets as the club continues to work on its squad before the transfer window closes.
