According to market expert Ciro Venerato of Rai, Luciano Spalletti has made an urgent request to Juventus management for reinforcements at the fullback position ahead of the January transfer window.

The coach is reportedly eager to strengthen the squad, and the club is expected to move swiftly to meet his demands. During his appearance on La Nuova DS, Venerato revealed that Juventus is already evaluating several options to fill the gap.

Among the players attracting attention are Norton-Cuffy from Genoa and Rafik Belghali, both of whom have impressed the club’s management.

Spalletti, known for his tactical flexibility and eye for emerging talent, is keen to integrate a new fullback capable of contributing both defensively and offensively.

Strategic Reinforcements for a Revamped Squad

This move reflects a broader strategy by Juventus to refine the squad with targeted signings rather than broad overhauls. The management appears willing to back Spalletti in his vision, which combines experienced leadership with fresh, dynamic talent.

Norton-Cuffy and Belghali, in particular, are seen as players who could adapt quickly to Juventus’ system while providing the energy and versatility that Spalletti values.

Fans can expect Juventus to act decisively, as the January window is often crucial for teams seeking to bolster their squads mid-season. The inclusion of a new fullback could prove pivotal, not only in stabilizing the defense but also in enhancing the team’s overall tactical options.

With the club keeping a close eye on developments and negotiations likely to intensify in the coming weeks, Juventus’ January strategy will be closely watched by supporters and analysts alike.

According to Ciro Venerato – Rai, the final decision could significantly shape Spalletti’s plans and potentially define the team’s trajectory for the remainder of the season.
