“From the youth team to the first team, you could feel the difference between the levels. Playing in Serie C real battles against experienced players helped me improve physically and technically”.

JUVE EXIT? “While I was playing for Frosinone, I was still owned by Juventus and thought I’d go back to wearing the black and white”.

But during the January window, they told me they had to sell me to bring in money, maybe even to a team in Saudi Arabia. That deal didn’t happen, but when I left for summer training camp, I already knew I had to go.
