According to Tuttosport, Juventus recently learned that lesson again. Their long-standing interest in Sergej Milinković-Savić pushed Al Hilal to act fast, officially renewing the Serbian midfielder’s contract until 2028.

The target is not a classic playmaker, but a box-to-box player capable of covering ground, recovering balls, and contributing with goals. Milinković-Savić would have been the perfect fit. Newcastle are monitoring him closely, but Juventus might prefer a different route—possibly even revisiting a move for Sandro Tonali, should the opportunity arise in the coming months.
