Juventus face Parma on Saturday, August 29, in their second Serie A match of the 2026/27 season. Kick-off at the Allianz Stadium is scheduled for 20:45 CEST, with Luciano Spalletti’s side looking to build on their 1-0 victory over Frosinone on the opening weekend.

Juventus have won 28 Serie A matches against Parma, with only Roma (37) and Milan (30) recording more victories against the Gialloblu in the Italian top flight.

Juventus Looking for Another Winning Start

The Bianconeri are aiming to win their first two league matches for the third consecutive season. Interestingly, they achieved the same feat under a different coach in each of the previous two campaigns, with Thiago Motta and Igor Tudor.

Juventus could also record consecutive clean sheets to begin the season. Following the 1-0 win against Frosinone, they would achieve this for the fourth time in the last five seasons and for the third campaign in a row after doing so in 2024/25 and 2025/26.

Their attacking numbers from Matchday 1 were also impressive. Juventus completed 46 passes inside the opposition penalty area, more than any other Serie A team. Francisco Conceicao accounted for 12 of them, just six fewer than the total recorded by Parma’s entire team.

Saturday will also be a special occasion for Bremer, who is set to make his 100th Serie A appearance for Juventus.

Parma Face a Tough Challenge

Parma have won their opening away Serie A match just once across the last 21 seasons, recording eight draws and 12 defeats alongside that single victory. Three of those losses came against Juventus, with an aggregate score of 8-1.

Juventus also handed Parma their heaviest Serie A defeat, winning 7-0 on November 9, 2014. Fernando Llorente, Carlos Tevez and Alvaro Morata all scored twice, while Stephan Lichtsteiner completed the rout.

Meanwhile, all four of Adrian Bernabe’s Serie A goals have come at the Tardini. His last away league goal was scored for Parma against Cittadella in Serie B on February 10, 2024.
