Juventus Target €60M Ace!

Juventus are continuing their search for a new left-sided defender, and a familiar name from Serie A has now emerged as a potential target.

According to Fussball News Germany, the Bianconeri have shown interest in Bayer Leverkusen’s Spanish full-back Miguel Gutiérrez as they assess their options for the position.

The need for reinforcements on the left has become increasingly evident. Andrea Cambiaso has only recently returned from his ankle problem, while Juan Cabal is reportedly no longer part of Luciano Spalletti’s tactical plans.

With Juventus looking for greater depth and quality in that area, Gutiérrez has apparently attracted attention.

Juventus make contact for Gutiérrez

Fussball News Germany reports that Juventus have already made an initial enquiry about the 25-year-old defender. Gutiérrez only joined Bayer Leverkusen from Napoli during the summer, making the situation particularly difficult for the Italian giants.

Leverkusen are understood to have no intention of letting their new left-back leave easily. The German club reportedly value him at around €50-60 million, meaning Juventus would have to consider a major financial investment if they decide to push forward with the move.

Gutiérrez has quickly become an important figure for Leverkusen after arriving from Napoli, where he previously gained experience in Serie A. His technical ability and attacking approach from the left make him an attractive profile for a Juventus side looking to strengthen that position.

A difficult decision for Juventus

The reported price could ultimately determine whether this interest develops into something more concrete. Juventus may decide that Gutiérrez is worth a significant investment, particularly if Spalletti wants a long-term solution on the left.

However, with Leverkusen holding a strong negotiating position, the Bianconeri could also explore alternative targets rather than meeting such a high valuation.

For now, Gutiérrez remains a name to watch, but there is no indication yet that a transfer is close. The next steps will depend on whether Juventus decide to turn their initial interest into a serious approach.
