According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, speaking on his Caffè Di Marzio podcast, Juventus remain fully committed to signing Randal Kolo Muani, with the French striker still considered the club’s top attacking priority.
Di Marzio explained that Juventus’ persistence is driven by a promise made to the player dating back to last summer.
The Bianconeri had previously worked hard to bring Kolo Muani back to Turin, only for the deal to collapse at the final stage, a setback that also strained relations with Paris Saint-Germain.

Despite that disappointment, Kolo Muani has continued to prioritize Juventus. During this transfer window, he has reportedly made a significant financial sacrifice by accepting a long-term contract worth €5.5 million per season plus bonuses, down from the nearly €10 million he earned at PSG.
According to Di Marzio, the player has once again shown his willingness to join the Bianconeri, but negotiations still depend on improving relations between the two clubs.
PSG continue to demand around €50 million plus bonuses, a valuation that stems from last year’s failed negotiations, when the proposed deal was reportedly worth around €55 million.
Juventus Want Two New Strikers
Di Marzio also revealed that Juventus are planning to sign two strikers this summer. While Kolo Muani remains the absolute priority, the club are also looking for a more physical forward, with Mateo Pellegrino of Parma identified as the leading candidate for that role.
Kessié Tops Juventus’ Midfield Shortlist
The transfer expert added that Juventus are not finished strengthening their midfield either. Even with Douglas Luiz back in the squad and several midfield options already available, the club still want to add another player.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Franck Kessié is currently the hottest name on Juventus’ shortlist.
The Ivorian midfielder reportedly has the backing of everyone at the club, including head coach Luciano Spalletti and sporting director Frederic Massara, who previously worked with Kessié at AC Milan, where they won the Serie A title together.
