Juventus opened talks to sign Rasmus Hojlund

According to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, both Juventus and Napoli have shown interest in Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund. With Juventus reportedly taking the first steps by initiating informal discussions with the Premier League side.

The Danish forward, who previously played in Serie A with Atalanta before making a €75 million switch to Old Trafford in 2023. And the danish could be on the radar for a potential return to Italy this summer.

“Interest is definitely there,” Moretto shared in a recent YouTube update. “Hojlund is one of the names being followed. While Napoli is exploring several options for a new striker. And Hojlund included but he is not at the top of their shortlist.”

Juventus, on the other hand, appears more proactive in their pursuit. Moretto revealed that the Bianconeri are in the market for two forwards. And have already made early contact regarding Hojlund, although formal negotiations have yet to begin.

The 22-year-old has netted 24 goals in 84 appearances for United. And it’s believed the English club may be open to offers during the upcoming transfer window.

Meanwhile, Juventus could part ways with Dusan Vlahovic, whose current deal runs until 2026, as they await potential bids.

The situation surrounding Randal Kolo Muani also remains unresolved, with the French international’s loan from PSG set to expire at the end of the season.
