Atalanta is pushing to sign Juventus player

Filip Kostic appears destined to leave Juventus again this summer after falling out of favour in Turin. The Serbian winger, now 32, joined the Bianconeri from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2022.

After two mixed seasons under Massimiliano Allegri, his future took a sharp turn under Thiago Motta.
Motta made it clear from day one that Kostic was not part of his long-term project.

This decision forced Kostic to accept a loan move to Fenerbahce last season.
In Turkey, he enjoyed a positive campaign but failed to convince the club to trigger the buy option.

Despite contributing well in Istanbul, he returned to Juventus only to remain on the fringes. A brief spell at the FIFA Club World Cup with Igor Tudor’s squad did little to change his situation.

Atalanta have now emerged as the frontrunners for his signature this summer. Sources from TuttoMercato confirm that La Dea have made the most progress in recent weeks.

Talks between the clubs are ongoing, though no agreement has been finalised yet.

Serie A or abroad? Options remain open for Filip Kostic

Kostic is attracting attention from several clubs across Europe and the Middle East. Roma have reportedly expressed interest, viewing him as a potential solution for their left flank.

Former club Eintracht Frankfurt are considering bringing him back after his previous successful spell.
Union Berlin also see Kostic as an experienced reinforcement ahead of the new Bundesliga season.

In England, Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner remains an admirer of the Serbian winger. The pair enjoyed success together in Frankfurt, but Palace are yet to formalise their interest.

Elsewhere, Turkish giants Besiktas and Galatasaray have made inquiries about his availability. Interest also comes from the Gulf, with Al Ain and Al Ittihad following his situation closely.

However, Kostic’s priority remains a stay in Europe, with Serie A his preferred destination.
