Juventus remain interested for Karim Adeyemi

Juventus are reportedly considering a renewed push to sign Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi during the upcoming summer transfer window.

However, the success of any potential deal is expected to hinge on whether either club secures Champions League qualification for the 2025–26 campaign.

With just two matches left in the Serie A season, Juventus are clinging to fourth place. Lazio are tied with them on points, Roma trail by only one. And Bologna—who secured a Europa League spot after winning the Coppa Italia—are just two points adrift.

It’s a tense battle that will go down to the wire, with Champions League revenue and prestige influencing Juventus’ transfer strategy.

In Germany, Dortmund’s Champions League hopes also hang in the balance. The club sits fifth in the Bundesliga, one point behind Freiburg. And will need them to stumble in their final match against Eintracht Frankfurt. Failing to qualify could open the door for Adeyemi’s exit.

Bianconeri face competition for Adeyemi

The uncertainty surrounding Dortmund’s European future could pave the way for Juventus to step in.

Tuttosport reports that the Bianconeri would be ready to offer Adeyemi not only a starting role but also an improved salary package, should they secure a top-four Serie A finish themselves.

Adeyemi, under contract until 2027, currently earns around €3 million per season. At 23, he’s already made six appearances for the German national team and has enjoyed a solid season with Dortmund. And scoring 12 goals and providing nine assists in 35 appearances.

His average of one goal contribution every 101 minutes has made him one of the more efficient forwards in Europe.

Juventus aren’t alone in their pursuit. Napoli have reportedly shown interest following Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s departure to Paris Saint-Germain. While Chelsea are also keeping tabs as they look to strengthen their squad this summer.

As the domestic seasons conclude, all eyes will be on the final standings — with Adeyemi’s future potentially set to be decided by the outcomes.
