“It was a fantastic match in an electrifying atmosphere. This win was well-earned, especially due to our outstanding second-half performance, which reinforces our confidence. While our fans should savor this victory, we must immediately shift our focus to preparing for the crucial clash against PSV. Our goal remains to advance to the Champions League round of 16. We acknowledged Inter’s quality, but in the first half, perhaps we showed them too much respect, allowing them too much space. However, our response in the second half was much stronger. We are on the right track, and our progress was particularly evident in the latter half of the game. We created opportunities, stayed compact, and demonstrated resilience. Moving forward, we need everyone’s contribution, including those who weren’t on the pitch tonight. As for [Andrea] Cambiaso, he made an excellent return—not just technically but also in his communication with teammates.” ended Motta.

“We are thrilled to secure this victory, especially against a formidable team like Inter. This result boosts our confidence as we look ahead to upcoming fixtures. My role tonight was slightly more defensive since I played alongside [Weston] McKennie and [Teun] Koopmeiners, who tend to push forward. Football is about understanding your teammates, and in this case, I needed to sit back a bit more. Facing my brother on the field was a special moment—it felt like playing in our backyard as kids. We always look out for each other, and meeting on such a big stage was a dream come true. I haven’t messaged him yet, but I know his ankle was bothering him, which is probably why he didn’t start. As for our father, I imagine he was more nervous than either of us.”

Federico Gatti

“I’m not sure if this is our most crucial win so far, but it’s certainly a significant result that should give us extra momentum. We have let too many points slip this season, and that’s something we regret. However, the season is still long, and at Juventus, we cannot settle for fourth place. We still have multiple competitions to focus on, and our objective remains to compete at the highest level in all of them.”

“This win is crucial, just like many others we need to secure. At Juventus, the expectation is to win every match, and we must continue on this trajectory. Scoring the goal that sealed the victory was a great feeling, but more importantly, it showcased the unity of our squad. This togetherness will be vital as we approach the upcoming Champions League fixture, where another victory is a must. We understand how much these matches mean to the fans and to us as players. There is always room for improvement, and today we proved we can push ourselves further. We must maintain this mindset moving forward.”

Nico Gonzalez

“Tonight, we delivered a strong performance, securing an important win. Our second-half display was particularly impressive, as we demonstrated our potential and ongoing development. Despite being a young team, we have many experienced players who understand their responsibilities on the pitch. This was evident in how we handled a high-caliber opponent like Inter. Right now, our focus must shift entirely to PSV—we cannot dwell on tonight’s result. Our priority is to advance in the Champions League and secure our place in next year’s tournament. The journey continues, and we must stay sharp for the challenges ahead.”
