Brozovic has decided his future

Forza Juventus

Marcelo Brozovic will not return to Serie A with Juventus. According to reports from Winwin, later echoed by Eurosport and Tuttomercatoweb, the former Inter midfield metronome is now very close to signing for Al Sadd, who compete in the Qatar Stars League.

The Croatian midfielder had emerged as a potential option for the Bianconeri as they look to cope with the absence of captain Manuel Locatelli, who is expected to remain sidelined until at least December or January 2027.

Brozovic Closing in on Al Sadd Move

Negotiations between Brozovic and Al Sadd are reportedly at an advanced stage, with the two parties now working to resolve the final details of the agreement.

The remaining points are understood to include the financial terms of the deal and the role Brozovic would have within the Qatari club’s dressing room. Once those details are finalized, the transfer could be officially announced.

The development appears to put an end to Juventus‘ hopes of bringing the experienced midfielder back to Italy. The Bianconeri had reportedly made contact with Brozovic as they searched for a solution to fill the significant void left by Locatelli’s injury.

Brozovic, who previously established himself as one of Serie A’s most reliable midfielders during his long spell at Inter, now appears set to continue his career in Qatar rather than make a sensational return to Italian football.

For Juventus, attention will therefore turn elsewhere as the club continues its search for midfield reinforcements capable of helping Spalletti’s side through Locatelli’s lengthy absence.
