According to Matteo Moretto, speaking on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, Juventus is closely monitoring Davide Frattesi, the 1999-born Italian midfielder currently at Inter Milan.

Frattesi, a rising star in the Azzurri squad, could be on the move this January, with the Old Lady expressing strong interest.

“Juventus is calling because Spalletti would like to see him in black and white,” Moretto explained.

While the club is exploring possible arrangements, negotiating a broader deal involving Khephren Thuram appears complicated.

Nonetheless, Juventus remains keen, and the coming weeks will determine whether interest transforms into a concrete transfer.

Inter Seeks Clarity on Terms

Inter Milan is reportedly seeking either a permanent transfer or a loan deal with an obligation to buy. Frattesi has attracted attention from Turkey, but Juventus continues to hold the most appeal for the midfielder.

The negotiations, according to Moretto, are in the early stages, and both clubs are weighing the potential options carefully before making a definitive move.

For Juventus, securing Frattesi would strengthen their midfield with a versatile, dynamic talent familiar with the Italian top flight and international competition.

The club’s strategy now hinges on structuring a deal that satisfies Inter while meeting their sporting ambitions — a challenge that could define the January transfer window for both clubs.
