The arrival of Luciano Spalletti has clearly altered the internal dynamics at Juventus. After a difficult start to the season, the Turin-based club made a decisive move to change course by entrusting the bench to the experienced Italian coach.

That choice quickly produced positive effects, restoring balance and competitiveness to the team, and now Juventus are seriously considering continuing their project with Spalletti at the helm.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the club’s hierarchy is already working on a potential renewal for the coach, convinced that stability on the bench is a key factor for long-term growth.

However, Juventus are fully aware that continuity alone will not be enough. To truly consolidate their progress, the squad needs fresh energy and targeted reinforcements in several areas of the pitch.

Seven Names on Juventus’ Transfer Agenda

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus currently have up to seven different transfer targets under close observation. The first area under consideration is the goalkeeping department.

Christos Mandas, a 24-year-old Greek goalkeeper currently at Lazio, is seen as the primary option should Mattia Perin leave the club. Mandas is appreciated for his reliability and room for growth, making him a strategic choice for the future.

Defensive reinforcements are also on the agenda. Juventus are monitoring Radu Drăgușin, the 23-year-old centre-back now at Tottenham, whose physical presence and familiarity with Serie A make him an attractive profile.

Alongside him, Brooke Norton-Cuffy, currently at Genoa, is another name being evaluated to add depth and athleticism to the back line.

Midfield: The Priority Area

Despite the interest in defense and goal, the heart of Juventus’ transfer strategy lies in midfield. Strengthening the engine room is considered essential ahead of the coming months.

Davide Frattesi of Inter is one of the top ambitions: his dynamism, goal-scoring ability, and tactical intelligence fit perfectly with Spalletti’s ideas.

Other experienced options include Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, now at Marseille, and Sandro Tonali of Newcastle United, both valued for leadership and intensity.

Finally, Juventus are also keeping an eye on emerging talent, such as 20-year-old Axel Tóth from Ferencváros, viewed as a long-term investment.

In summary, Juventus are planning carefully: renewing faith in Spalletti while working on a multi-layered transfer strategy. As La Gazzetta dello Sport highlights, the coming months could be decisive in shaping a more competitive and ambitious Juventus.
