Brozovic offered to Juventus, Spalletti respond

Juventus could be considering a familiar name to strengthen their midfield, with Marcelo Brozovic reportedly emerging as a potential option for the Bianconeri.

According to La Stampa, the Croatian midfielder has been offered to Juventus again as the club continues to search for experience and quality in the middle of the pitch.

Brozovic, 34, is currently a free agent following the end of his spell with Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr. After leaving European football, the Croatia international is reportedly keen on returning to the continent, and Juventus could represent an attractive destination for the experienced midfielder.

Brozovic and Spalletti: A Familiar Connection

Despite his age, Brozovic could offer Juventus something they have been missing in midfield: a natural player capable of operating as a deep-lying playmaker and controlling the tempo from in front of the defence.

One factor that could make the idea particularly interesting is Luciano Spalletti’s appreciation of the Croatian.

During their time together at Inter, Spalletti played an important role in developing Brozovic’s game, moving him into a deeper midfield position and helping establish him as a reliable regista.

That previous relationship could therefore become significant if Juventus decide to seriously explore the opportunity.

Brozovic’s experience at the highest level, combined with his ability to dictate possession and provide tactical intelligence, could make him an intriguing short-term solution.

However, Juventus are not expected to rush into the operation. The club first needs to resolve its current midfield situation, with several players considered surplus to requirements and potentially needing to leave before another arrival can be completed.

For now, Brozovic remains an option rather than a done deal, but his availability as a free agent and his connection with Spalletti could keep the possibility alive.

As La Stampa reports, Juventus are evaluating the situation carefully as they look for the right profile to complete their midfield.

The coming weeks could determine whether the Croatian’s potential return to European football will lead him to Turin.
