Alejandro Balde could be heading for the Barcelona exit door in January, with Juventus among several European clubs reportedly monitoring his situation.
Despite Barcelona’s growing defensive injury problems, the 23-year-old left-back has failed to convince Hansi Flick and appears to have no future in the German manager’s plans.

Unless there is a dramatic change in circumstances, Balde is expected to leave Camp Nou during the winter transfer window, with his agent, Jorge Mendes, already working to find him a new club.
Barcelona had previously made the Spanish defender available for transfer during the summer, but Balde rejected the possibility of leaving, hoping to fight for his place in the team.
However, three months later, his situation has not improved, and he now appears ready to consider a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Juventus Face Competition from Premier League Giants
According to Diario Sport, several clubs have already held discussions with Jorge Mendes regarding a potential move for Balde.
In England, Liverpool, Manchester United and Aston Villa are considered among the strongest candidates, as all three are looking to strengthen their options at left-back.

Tottenham and Manchester City have also made enquiries, although both clubs would likely need to move players on before pursuing a deal.
Juventus and Roma are also mentioned as possible destinations in Italy. However, Balde’s considerable salary could prove a major obstacle for both Serie A clubs.
Elsewhere, Benfica have expressed interest, while Monaco could offer him an opportunity to continue his career in France.
Barcelona Want €40 Million, But Mendes Has Another Idea
Barcelona are reportedly hoping to collect around €40 million from Balde’s departure in January, with the money potentially being reinvested in strengthening their defensive options.

The Catalan club are expected to sign at least one centre-back during the winter transfer window and could also look for another left-sided defender if Balde leaves.
However, Mendes reportedly favours a different solution. The agent is exploring the possibility of arranging a loan until the end of the season, potentially including a purchase option that would become active if certain objectives are achieved.
With several clubs monitoring his situation, Balde’s future is becoming one of the stories to watch ahead of January. Juventus could have an opportunity to sign an experienced young left-back, but they will face considerable competition and must also find a solution to his salary demands.
