Juventus is actively working to reinforce its midfield, compiling a list of promising candidates to monitor closely in the upcoming transfer window.

Led by sporting director Damien Comolli, the club aims to sign a well-rounded midfielder who combines physicality, technical skill, and strong leadership—key traits in Igor Tudor’s tactical setup.

The biggest dream remains Sandro Tonali, currently playing for Newcastle United. Bringing Tonali back to Italy would be a major coup but faces significant financial hurdles.

Still, Juventus is keeping hope alive, ready to explore opportunities if they arise during the market’s next phases.

Exploring multipe options for midfield reinforcement

A more realistic target appears to be Morten Hjulmand from Sporting Lisbon. The Danish midfielder is admired for his tactical intelligence and Serie A experience.

However, Sporting demands a hefty price tag between 50 and 60 million euros, which currently seems beyond Juventus’ budget constraints.

Other alternatives are also under consideration. Yves Bissouma of Tottenham offers strength and energy in midfield, while Sofyan Amrabat, now with Fenerbahce, remains on Juventus’ radar.

Amrabat has been linked with the club before, and a loan deal could become feasible if the Turkish side is willing to negotiate.

Additionally, Sander Berge from Fulham is monitored closely. The Norwegian is a technically gifted and disciplined player who could bring balance to Juventus’ midfield.

Lastly, the idea of signing Franck Kessié, now at Al Ahli, cannot be ruled out. Kessié’s Serie A experience and physical presence would make him a valuable asset for the team.

Juventus is carefully evaluating all these options according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. However, before making any major moves, the club needs to finalize the departures of Douglas Luiz, Miretti, and Weah.

Only after these sales will Comolli be able to push forward decisively to secure the next central figure in Juventus’ midfield.

The transfer saga is just beginning, but Juventus remains determined to build a strong squad capable of challenging on all fronts.
