Filip Kostic’s future at Juventus appears increasingly uncertain, and the Serbian winger could soon find himself at the center of a new transfer story within Serie A.

According to reports from Calciomercato, Filip Kostic is attracting interest from ACF Fiorentina as the Florence-based club evaluates options to strengthen its squad ahead of next season.

Reduced Role at Juventus

In recent weeks, Kostic has slipped down the pecking order at Juventus FC under manager Luciano Spalletti. The Serbian international has seen his playing time decrease, highlighting a shift in the team’s tactical preferences and selection choices.

A clear example came during the recent Serie A match against Pisa SC, where Kostic was introduced only in the 82nd minute as a late substitute for Kenan Yıldız.

The limited minutes suggest that the 31-year-old winger is no longer considered a central figure in the club’s long-term plans.

His current contract with Juventus runs until June 30, 2026, but renewal discussions are reportedly unlikely. As a result, the possibility of Kostic leaving the club on a free transfer is becoming increasingly realistic.

Fiorentina Monitoring the Situation

Despite his reduced role in Turin, Kostic still commands respect across Serie A thanks to his experience, crossing ability, and attacking contribution from the flanks.

According to information reported by Calciomercato, Fiorentina are closely monitoring the situation and could move to secure his services.

The Viola see the Serbian winger as a potentially valuable addition, capable of bringing both experience and depth to their attacking options.

Initial contacts between Fiorentina’s management and Kostic’s representatives are expected to take place in the coming weeks as the club begins shaping its plans for the future.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Kostic has been linked with a move to Florence. During previous transfer windows, speculation already suggested that Fiorentina admired the former Eintracht Frankfurt star.

Now, with his role at Juventus diminishing, the opportunity for a move to Tuscany may finally materialize.
