Juventus are reportedly among the clubs keeping a close eye on the situation of Darwin Núñez, but the Italian giants may face serious competition if the Uruguayan striker decides to return to European football next season.

According to reports emerging from England and relayed by CaughtOffside, the former Liverpool FC forward—currently playing for Al Hilal—has attracted interest from multiple clubs across Europe.

One of the most determined suitors appears to be Chelsea FC, who are said to be seriously considering opening talks to bring the 1999-born striker back to the continent.

Chelsea Ready to Move for Núñez

Chelsea’s interest could quickly become concrete, particularly because Núñez himself is believed to be keen on returning to European football.

After his spell in the Premier League and his move to Saudi Arabia, the Uruguayan international is reportedly evaluating options that would allow him to compete again at the highest level of European competitions.
