Juventus prepare Plan B and C if Kolo Muani signing collapses

Juventus remain eager to reunite with Randal Kolo Muani following his encouraging loan spell from Paris Saint-Germain last season.

The French striker impressed in key moments and even displaced Dusan Vlahovic in the pecking order under both Thiago Motta and Igor Tudor.

Although Kolo Muani’s stint had ups and downs, Juventus view his overall impact as positive and worthy of a longer stay. Talks with PSG are ongoing, but the clubs disagree on the terms.

Juventus prefer a loan with an option to buy, while PSG demand an obligation. Milan are also monitoring the striker, seeing him as a good fit for Max Allegri’s fast-paced, counterattacking tactics.

Meanwhile, Premier League side Newcastle United have shown consistent interest and could emerge as serious contenders.

Still, Kolo Muani has made his preference clear: he wants Juventus. The Frenchman appreciated the environment and felt a strong bond with fans. This loyalty gives Juventus a slight edge, though they must move swiftly to avoid losing ground to their rivals.

Premier League alternatives on Juventus’ radar

While pushing for Kolo Muani, Juventus are also preparing a fallback plan with two Premier League forwards in mind according to La Reppublica.

First is Rasmus Hojlund of Manchester United, whose future at Old Trafford remains uncertain. A new signing by United could push him out.

Hojlund, once highly rated in Serie A with Atalanta, is admired by Juventus for his physicality and finishing instinct. His situation could evolve quickly, especially if United reshuffle their attack this summer.

Another option is Darwin Núñez, who has struggled to find consistency at Liverpool since his big-money move.

With Hugo Ekitike arriving at Anfield, Núñez may be deemed surplus to requirements by the new coaching staff.

Juventus are monitoring both players closely, ready to act if Kolo Muani’s deal falls apart. The next few weeks will be critical as the club finalizes its attacking strategy for the season ahead.

One thing is certain — Juventus won’t settle. They aim to secure a reliable striker who can lead their frontline with confidence.
