Juve follow Greenwood, Marseille set the price

Juventus are not only focusing on strengthening their midfield ahead of next season, but are also actively working to enhance their attacking options.

A key priority remains securing the future of Dušan Vlahović, whose contract renewal is reportedly edging closer, with positive developments expected after Easter.

The Italian giants see the Serbian striker as a central figure in their long-term project, and extending his stay would provide stability as they reshape their squad.

Juventus Eye Greenwood as Attacking Reinforcement

Alongside internal priorities, Juventus are exploring external options to boost their firepower. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, one of the standout names on their radar is Mason Greenwood.

Currently enjoying a remarkable season at Olympique de Marseille, the English forward has rediscovered his form, registering an impressive 25 goals and 8 assists across competitions.

His resurgence has not gone unnoticed, and Juventus are closely monitoring his situation as they evaluate potential summer moves.

Greenwood is not a new target for the Turin-based club. He had previously been linked with a move to Juventus, and now, under the right circumstances, that interest could materialize into a concrete pursuit.

Much will depend on Marseille’s season outcome—failure to secure qualification for the UEFA Champions League could open the door for negotiations.

Market Conditions Could Favor Juventus

While Greenwood’s valuation remains significant—reportedly around €50 million—the overall market dynamics might work in Juventus’ favor. Competition for his signature could be less intense than expected.

A return to the Premier League appears complicated at this stage, while interest from clubs outside Europe is believed to be less appealing to the player compared to previous transfer windows.

This combination of factors positions Juventus in a potentially advantageous spot. If they can successfully finalize Vlahović’s renewal and navigate financial considerations, adding a player of Greenwood’s current form could significantly elevate their attacking threat for the upcoming campaign.
