Juventus continue to explore ambitious moves ahead of the summer transfer window, with the club reportedly setting its sights on another world-class signing.

According to La Repubblica, the Bianconeri are not stopping after receiving a positive response from Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson, as manager Luciano Spalletti is now believed to be personally pushing for a sensational move involving Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian superstar is expected to make a final decision about his future only after the upcoming Club World Cup, giving Juventus valuable time to work behind the scenes and attempt to convince one of football’s biggest names to move to Turin.

Despite the club’s determination, the situation remains extremely complicated. One of the biggest problems for Juventus is their failure to secure Champions League qualification.

Missing out on Europe’s elite competition has significantly weakened the club’s appeal, especially when trying to attract players of Salah’s caliber.

Competing financially with Saudi Arabian clubs already represents a major challenge, but the absence of Champions League football could ultimately prove decisive.

Saudi Millions or European Ambition?

At this stage, Salah’s future appears to depend on one key factor: ambition versus financial security. Saudi clubs are reportedly prepared to offer enormous contracts capable of making the Liverpool forward one of the highest-paid athletes in the world.

The opportunity to play in a less demanding environment while securing a historic salary package could be difficult to ignore. However, if sporting ambition remains the player’s priority, Europe’s top clubs may still have the advantage.

Teams capable of consistently competing for the Champions League and major domestic trophies can offer the competitive stage that Juventus currently cannot guarantee.

Even so, Juventus are determined to try. The club’s management and Spalletti reportedly believe that the prestige of the Bianconeri project, combined with the possibility of building a new era around experienced stars, could still persuade Salah to seriously consider Turin as his next destination.
