Calhanoglu to Juventus? The Transfer Door Is Open

Juventus are continuing to monitor the situation surrounding Hakan Calhanoglu, with the 32-year-old midfielder approaching the final months of his contract with Inter Milan, which is set to expire at the end of the season.

Around a month after the news was first reported exclusively by TuttoJuve, the Bianconeri remain attentive to developments regarding the Turkish international.

According to information reported by Mirko Di Natale, contacts between Calhanoglu and Inter over a possible contract renewal have yet to take place, despite the Nerazzurri’s desire to reach an agreement by January.

Juventus Ready to Assess the Situation

This is where Juventus could come into the picture. The Turin giants are already keeping a close eye on the situation and could be ready to make their move should circumstances create an opportunity to sign the experienced midfielder.

Inter would prefer to resolve the matter sooner rather than later, but any delay in negotiations could leave the door open for Juventus to explore a potential deal.

For now, the Bianconeri are monitoring developments as they assess whether Calhanoglu could become a realistic target.

Could 2027 Finally Be the Right Time?

There is also an intriguing detail in Calhanoglu’s history with Juventus: the midfielder reportedly came close to wearing the black-and-white shirt on two previous occasions, in 2015 and 2021.

Could 2027 finally be the year when the Turkish playmaker makes the move to Turin? Much will depend on the outcome of his contract situation with Inter, but Juventus appear to be keeping their options open as they follow developments closely.
