Juventus are reportedly keeping a close eye on highly rated Italian defender Michael Kayode as the club continues to evaluate potential reinforcements for the upcoming season.

According to reports from Calciomercato, the young full-back has emerged as one of the names appreciated by the Bianconeri management ahead of what is expected to be a crucial transfer window.

Kayode, currently under contract with Brentford, is believed to be open to a return to Italian football after gaining valuable experience in the Premier League.

The 2004-born defender remains one of the most promising Italian talents in his position and continues to attract attention thanks to his athleticism, versatility, and tactical maturity despite his young age.

The report also states that AC Milan are following the player closely. Milan, like Juventus, are expected to reshape parts of their squad this summer after a disappointing end to the campaign, and Kayode is viewed internally as a profile capable of offering both immediate quality and long-term potential.

Brentford Set High Asking Price

Despite the growing interest from Italy, any possible negotiation could prove complicated due to Brentford’s valuation of the player.

The English side reportedly considers Kayode available only under specific financial conditions and would demand a fee between €35 million and €40 million to sanction his departure.

That valuation could represent a major obstacle for both Juventus and Milan, especially considering neither club will participate in next season’s UEFA Champions League.

Missing out on Europe’s top competition is expected to impact transfer budgets and force both clubs to approach the market with greater caution.

Kayode’s ability to operate on either flank of the defense makes him an especially attractive option in today’s market, where tactical flexibility is increasingly valued. More developments are expected in the coming days as interest around the Italian defender continues to grow.
