Arda Güler future at Real Madrid has sparked renewed interest across Europe, according to Real Madrid Confidencial. Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen, and Newcastle United have reportedly submitted loan offers for the Turkish midfielder.

Despite the growing interest, Real Madrid appear unwilling to part ways with the talented 20-year-old. New manager Xabi Alonso has publicly stated his belief in Güler’s potential. He sees the midfielder as central to the club’s plans for the 2025/26 season.

Under previous manager Carlo Ancelotti, Güler found opportunities scarce. He often appeared to be on the verge of a loan exit. If Ancelotti had remained in charge, a temporary or permanent departure seemed likely.

Now, Alonso’s appointment has shifted the dynamics. Güler feels more included and valued within the team’s structure. Before a Club World Cup clash with Pachuca, Güler acknowledged Alonso’s trust and consistent communication.

Although pleased, Güler also remained realistic about his place. He admitted he might reconsider his options if his role doesn’t grow.

Xabi Alonso style suits Güler’s game

Xabi Alonso’s tactical approach is a major reason for the change in Güler’s prospects. The manager emphasizes short passing, ball control, and movement. Güler’s technical strengths align perfectly with this system, allowing him to shine.

Real Madrid are therefore not open to offers for Güler, regardless of external pressure. The club’s hierarchy now views him as a crucial long-term piece. He’s seen as part of a future midfield core alongside Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, and Eduardo Camavinga.

Juventus, Leverkusen, and Newcastle maintain serious interest, but Madrid are standing firm. They believe Güler will continue growing under Alonso’s mentorship.

The midfielder’s patience and development will be tested in the coming months. However, signs point to a bright future at the Santiago Bernabéu—if he remains determined and earns his place.
