Juventus offer Swap Deal for Suzuki

Juventus remain keen on signing Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, with talks between the two Serie A clubs continuing after the first contacts were established several weeks ago.

While communication has remained positive, negotiations are still at an early stage and no breakthrough has been reached.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Parma have no intention of letting their first-choice goalkeeper leave without receiving a significant offer.

Sporting director Federico Cherubini reportedly values the Japanese international at more than €30 million, reflecting both his impressive performances last season and the enormous potential of the 2002-born shot-stopper.

Juventus Face Competition for Suzuki

Juventus are not the only club monitoring Suzuki’s situation. Although Leeds United had previously shown interest, the Premier League side has now shifted its focus to James Trafford, reducing the competition from England.

However, Aston Villa remain a club to watch. The Birmingham outfit had identified Suzuki as a potential replacement for Emiliano Martínez should the Argentine leave this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain also continue to keep a close eye on the goalkeeper and could reignite their interest if they decide to strengthen their goalkeeping department before the transfer window closes.

Miretti Could Be Included in the Deal

Aware of Parma’s high asking price, Juventus are reportedly considering including a player in the deal to lower the overall transfer fee.

One of the names discussed is midfielder Fabio Miretti, who is admired by Parma and has already been linked with the club during previous transfer talks involving striker Mateo Pellegrino.

At this stage, discussions remain exploratory, with no formal proposal submitted. Parma continue to view Suzuki as a cornerstone of their long-term project and are under no financial pressure to sell one of their most valuable assets.

If Juventus are serious about bringing the talented Japanese goalkeeper to Turin, they will need to submit an offer that matches Parma’s valuation.

For now, Suzuki remains one of the most closely watched goalkeepers on the Italian transfer market, with several top European clubs monitoring developments.
