New Juventus arrival Jonathan David expressed his enthusiasm about joining the club. Revealing he has always considered them “one of the top 10 biggest teams in the world.”

The Canadian striker said he is “thrilled” to begin his journey in Serie A. Though David arrived as a free agent after seeing out his contract with Lille. His signing didn’t come without financial implications for the Turin giants.

He inked a five-year deal reportedly worth €6 million annually, with an additional €2 million available in performance-related incentives.

Juventus also disclosed that €12.5 million will be allocated to commissions and signing-on fees as part of the agreement.

TEST MYSELF IN SERIE A – “Each step of the path is always a challenge. Playing in Serie A to me is a challenge, to adapt to the league, to my teammates and to win”.
