Why Conceicao does not rule out Sancho: Juventus’ plan

Juventus’ first major priority this summer was to secure Francisco Conceicao’s future in black and white. This goal has now been successfully achieved.

Juventus will pay Conceicao’s full release clause to Porto in four separate instalments. With this signing completed, Juventus can now count Conceicao as their second major acquisition of the summer.

The first was Jonathan David, secured at the beginning of July. These two moves confirm Juventus’ serious commitment to rebuilding their attacking unit. The club’s ambition is to rejuvenate its offensive department and build a more dynamic frontline.

Juventus’ summer transfer business is far from over. The Turin giants are determined to add another quality attacker to their squad. Jadon Sancho has now returned to the top of their shortlist.

Despite last summer’s failed attempt, Juventus remain highly interested in the English winger. Conceicao’s arrival has done nothing to lessen Sancho’s appeal to the club.

Some had doubted whether Juventus could accommodate both Conceicao and Sancho in the same squad. However, transfer markets often change quickly, and what seemed impossible now looks increasingly realistic.

Juventus are seriously exploring the possibility of bringing in Sancho alongside Conceicao reports Il Bianconero.

Jadon Sancho considered key to finalising squad revamp

Sancho remains under contract with Manchester United until June 2026 but is not part of their plans.

After a disappointing loan spell at Chelsea, which ended with the London club paying to avoid signing him permanently, he has returned to Manchester. Juventus view this situation as a clear opportunity.

Talks between Juventus and Manchester United are ongoing to find the right financial formula. Juventus see Sancho’s signing as both a tactical and economic opportunity.

Offloading players like Nico Gonzalez, Mbangula, and Weah could create space and resources for this deal.

Technically, Sancho would bring added creativity and unpredictability to Igor Tudor’s squad. Tudor believes only a few quality additions are needed to make Juventus genuinely competitive again.

With both Conceicao and Sancho, Juventus would boast a more complete and versatile attacking force.
