Marco Silva, currently the head coach of Fulham, has emerged as one of the top contenders to take over at Juventus, according to multiple reports from Italian media, including Sky Sport Italia.
The Portuguese tactician has reportedly garnered strong support from incoming Juventus sporting director Damien Comolli, who is expected to assume the role next week.
Comolli, who formerly held senior roles at Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool. And has spent the past five years as president of Ligue 1 side Toulouse. And he is believed to be a long-time admirer of Silva’s managerial style and achievements.

Under Silva’s leadership, Fulham have not only stabilized their Premier League status. But have also developed a distinctive, attacking style of football that has drawn praise from pundits and fans alike.
Juve’s menagerial search intensifies
Juventus have been without a permanent manager since parting ways with Thiago Motta in March.
Igor Tudor has been appointed as interim head coach for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup in the United States. But the Turin-based club is determined to finalize a long-term appointment before the start of the next Serie A campaign.
Initial hopes of reuniting with club legend Antonio Conte were dashed when the former Italy and Chelsea manager confirmed his decision to join Napoli.
Gian Piero Gasperini, another strong candidate, has now committed to a new challenge at AS Roma. And further narrowing Juve’s options.
Other names still reportedly on the Bianconeri’s radar include Roberto Mancini, Stefano Pioli, and Bruno Genesio.

However, Silva is believed to be the frontrunner. Especially since Cristiano Giuntoli, still Juve’s sporting director at the time, had already initiated discussions with Silva’s agent Jorge Mendes before Conte’s final decision.

Despite Silva publicly stating his commitment to Fulham following their season-ending loss to Manchester City, Juventus have held preliminary talks to gauge his interest.
His previous rejections of lucrative offers from Al Hilal and Tottenham underscore his loyalty. But Juventus’ stature and ambition might tempt him to reconsider.
Convincing Silva, however, may hinge on assurances about the club’s stability and long-term vision. Especially given the turmoil that has plagued Juve’s executive leadership in recent seasons.
