With Tim Weah set to leave, Juventus is officially searching for a new right-back reports TuttoSport. The incoming player will compete with Joao Mario and Nicolò Savona for a starting spot.
One of the top names on Juventus’ radar is Arnau Martinez, a rising talent in Spain’s La Liga. The 2003-born right-back has caught the attention of Juventus scouts in recent months.

Their interest began while observing Miguel Gutierrez, now close to joining Napoli. During those scouting trips, Arnau Martinez also stood out—despite playing on the opposite flank.
Martinez has progressed through every level of Spain’s youth national teams up to the Under-21 squad. In the past two seasons, he has become a key player at Girona and even featured as a starter in the UEFA Champions League.
His rise has been swift and impressive. Martinez’s current contract with Girona runs until 2027, but he could leave this summer. A fee between €10–12 million is considered enough to seal the deal.

Considering current market prices, that figure presents a valuable opportunity for many European clubs. Interest is growing fast. A month ago, West Ham showed interest.
For Milan, Young Boys’ Athekane remains their top target. Juventus, however, is actively assessing Martinez through its recruitment duo Damien Comolli and Francois Modesto. That said, Juventus won’t engage in a bidding war. Their strategy is focused and cost-conscious.
Diego Simeone has resisted selling him, but should that change, Juventus will be ready with an offer. Nottingham Forest is also tracking Molina.
Meanwhile, domestic options are proving complicated. Atalanta’s Marco Palestra, born in 2005, is a long-time favorite at Juventus. However, Atalanta’s €25 million asking price has stalled negotiations.
Another potential name is Fiorentina’s Dodô, particularly if contract renewal talks fail. Juventus and Fiorentina have done business regularly—perhaps Dodô will be their next deal.

Other names suggested include Silvan Widmer (Mainz) and Jonathan Clauss (Nice), though their age—both over 30—may be a limiting factor. Wilfried Singo, formerly of Torino and now at Monaco, has also been offered and is not considered untouchable.
With several targets in play, Juventus must act swiftly. The battle for the right flank is officially underway.
