Juventus make decision on Woltemade future

Nick Woltemade could spend just one season at Juventus, with his future in Turin already uncertain despite the current campaign still being underway.

According to Sportal Italia, the Germany international, born in 2002, is currently on a season-long loan at Juventus from Newcastle United.

However, the financial demands involved in making the move permanent could prove too high for the Bianconeri.

Newcastle Demand €60 Million for Permanent Transfer

Newcastle paid €75 million to sign Woltemade from Stuttgart just two summers ago, and the English club are reportedly seeking at least €60 million to open negotiations over a permanent transfer next June.

Such a figure could be difficult for Juventus to justify, particularly given Woltemade current status within Luciano Spalletti’s squad.

Woltemade has yet to establish himself as a regular starter, with Spalletti continuing to favour Randal Kolo Muani in the attacking hierarchy.

For now, Woltemade remains focused on his season in Turin, but unless his situation changes significantly in the coming months, a permanent move to Juventus could prove difficult to complete.
