Dusan Vlahovic’s future at Juventus may not be as clear-cut as it once seemed. According to La Stampa, the Serbian striker is still leaving the door open to a possible contract renewal with the Turin club, despite his current deal expiring at the end of the season.

While many observers have taken his departure for granted, the situation remains fluid and far from decided.

A Strong Bond With Juventus Colors

As reported by La Stampa, Vlahovic feels a deep emotional connection to Juventus, the shirt he wears, and the environment in Turin.

This attachment could play a key role in upcoming discussions, especially at a time when the club is trying to reshape its sporting and financial strategy.

The 2000-born forward has grown into a central figure for the team, and his sense of belonging could weigh heavily when evaluating his next career step.

However, affection alone may not be enough to secure his stay. Juventus would need the striker to agree to a significant adjustment to his current contract terms.

Vlahovic currently earns around €12 million per season, and for a renewal to become viable, he would have to spread that salary over a longer period.

Up to now, this solution has not convinced the Serbian international, who has consistently rejected proposals involving reduced annual earnings.

European Interest Remains, but With Limits

Interest in Vlahovic across Europe remains strong. La Stampa notes that both AC Milan and Barcelona continue to monitor his situation closely.

Despite their prestige, neither club appears capable of matching the financial conditions the striker currently enjoys in Turin. This economic gap could ultimately weaken their chances, even if a free transfer would be attractive from a sporting perspective.

In the coming months, Juventus and Vlahovic will face crucial decisions. Whether loyalty and compromise can bridge the financial divide remains to be seen, but for now, the possibility of a renewed partnership is still alive.
