Totenham and Everton very interested on Juventus winger

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly exploring a move for Juventus winger Timothy Weah as they prepare for a busy summer transfer window. Thomas Frank is eager to inject more versatility and depth into his attacking options, especially with the club set to return to Champions League action.

Currently, Brennan Johnson is the only natural right-winger at Spurs, while Dejan Kulusevski occasionally fills in. On the left, Son Heung-min remains a key figure, but his future is uncertain amid strong transfer interest.

Mathys Tel can contribute, but he lacks consistency. Young talents like Mikey Moore and Wilson Odobert are still untested at the highest level.

Weah, a 25-year-old USA international, could offer Frank much-needed tactical flexibility. He is capable of playing across the front line and even at full-back.

His ability to adapt could prove vital during a congested fixture calendar. Weah has Champions League experience too, with 14 appearances to his name across spells at PSG and Juventus.

But not only Totenham interested in Timothy Weah !

Tottenham are not alone in their pursuit. Everton have also shown interest, while two unnamed clubs are said to be monitoring his situation.

According to Footmercato, both Spurs and Everton have already made inquiries. Weah is currently valued at around £14.5 million by TransferMarkt.

Last season, Weah contributed 11 goals and assists across 43 matches. Though he’s known more for work rate and adaptability than raw numbers, his output may raise concerns. Spurs will need more than just utility if they part ways with Son, who managed 22 goal contributions.

While Weah’s profile fits Frank’s system, Tottenham must carefully weigh his potential impact. If the goal is to replace Son or push for silverware, Spurs may need a winger with more consistent attacking returns.

Nonetheless, Weah could still prove a shrewd addition—especially as a squad player in a long, demanding season.
