Nottingham Forest have reportedly made contact with Juventus regarding a potential move for Italy international Andrea Cambiaso. The Premier League side, fresh off a dramatic season finale, are determined to strengthen their squad ahead of their European adventure.

Despite missing out on Champions League and Europa League qualification, Forest clinched a Europa Conference League spot.

Manager Nuno Espírito Santo has earned praise for guiding the club to continental competition, and owner Evangelos Marinakis is expected to invest heavily in the summer.

Forest are targeting multi-functional players, and Andrea fits that profile perfectly. The 24-year-old Italian is capable of playing as a full-back or winger on either flank. His tactical flexibility and energy have made him a standout performer in Serie A.

According to journalist Mirko Di Natale, Nottingham Forest have officially enquired about Cambiaso’s availability. However, competition for his signature is fierce.

AC Milan and Atletico Madrid are both monitoring his situation closely. Cambiaso is under contract with Juventus until 2029, which means any potential deal won’t come cheap.

Manchester City had shown interest in the Italian last summer but eventually opted to sign Rayan Aït-Nouri from Wolverhampton Wanderers instead. That leaves the door open for Forest, who see Cambiaso as a valuable addition to boost their European hopes.
