Milik makes big decision about his future

Arek Milik’s future at Juventus has become increasingly complicated after the Polish striker was left out of both the club’s Serie A squad list and its Europa League list.

Although Milik has remained in Turin, his exclusion from both competitions is a clear indication that he currently sits on the fringes of Luciano Spalletti’s plans.

According to TuttoJuve, with details also reported by La Stampa, Juventus have made several attempts in recent weeks to reach an agreement with Milik over an early termination of his contract.

Juventus Tried to Find a Solution

However, those efforts failed to produce an agreement. Milik chose to remain at Juventus and continue his contract with the club, despite the likelihood of having very limited opportunities to play.

The decision has now had a direct consequence: the 32-year-old striker cannot be used in the competitions for which he has not been registered.

For Milik, this could mean a prolonged period on the sidelines, with his future at the club becoming even more uncertain.

Could Milik Return to the Squad?

There could still be a potential way back. If Juventus’ needs change during the season, the club may be able to reconsider his situation during the windows in which competition regulations allow changes to the squad lists.

Should injuries, departures or other circumstances create a need for another striker, Juventus could potentially evaluate Milik’s reintegration.

For now, however, the Polish forward remains outside the club’s official plans after choosing not to terminate his contract early. His decision to stay in Turin could leave him facing a difficult spell as a spectator rather than a contributor on the pitch.
