Kessié One Step From Juventus

Forza Juventus

The ongoing negotiations over Fabio Miretti’s potential move to Besiktas are a development worth monitoring closely, as they could bring Juventus one step closer to signing Franck Kessié.

According to Calciomercato, a verbal agreement is already in place between the player and Juventus, with the Ivorian midfielder having consistently given priority to the Bianconeri.

Kessié could now become one of the main protagonists of Juventus’ final days of the transfer window. The Turin giants are looking for a midfielder with the characteristics of the 1995-born star, who has long been admired by Ricky Massara.

With Miretti potentially heading to Turkey, the path for Kessié to Turin is becoming increasingly clear.

Kessié Chooses Juventus Despite Saudi Interest

Kessié and Massara previously worked together at AC Milan, where they celebrated a Serie A title. The two have also been in contact in recent weeks, particularly after the midfielder received another lucrative proposal from Saudi Arabia.

Despite the financial appeal of the Saudi offer, Kessié decided to wait. His priority is to return to Serie A and do so as an important player, rather than simply accepting the most financially attractive proposal.

Juventus’ offer is believed to be worth around €4 million per season, a figure that satisfies the 31-year-old midfielder. This makes the Bianconeri increasingly confident about their chances of securing his signature.

The possibility of Kessié signing a two-year contract worth €10 million with Al-Ittihad now appears to be fading. Juventus are instead working to create space within their squad.

Following the termination of Arthur Melo’s contract, a successful completion of Miretti’s move to Turkey could remove the final obstacle to Kessié’s arrival in Turin.
