Juventus plan shocking Huijsen return

The chapter between Dean Huijsen and Juventus seemed definitively closed in the summer of 2024.

The split had been abrupt: neither the young Spanish-naturalized defender nor his father-agent, Don, hid their disappointment at being sidelined by coach Thiago Motta and eventually sold by sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.

At the time, the move appeared final, closing the door on a promising Juventus journey. However, football is never static, and the transfer market is notoriously unpredictable.

After a brief stint at Bournemouth and an eye-catching €60 million move to Real Madrid, Huijsen now finds himself navigating a particularly challenging period.

Despite getting playing time, the center-back has struggled under the immense pressure that comes with such a high price tag.

Real Madrid is reportedly already contemplating a potential exit, possibly through a loan deal, to allow the young defender to regain form and confidence.

Juventus Monitoring an Unexpected Opportunity

These developments have immediately caught the attention of the Juventus management. While the club continues to explore more seasoned options, including established names like Marcos Senesi and Antonio Rüdiger.

The Turin side is, according to La Stampa, quietly entertaining the idea of a sensational return for Huijsen. The prospect is fueled not only by sporting considerations but also by personal connections within the squad.

A key supporter of this potential reunion is Kenan Yildiz. The young Turkish forward shares a close bond with Huijsen, and the two, along with friend Tarik Muharemovic, have long expressed a desire to play together again.

In fact, Huijsen was recently seen celebrating Yildiz’s contract renewal, emphasizing the mutual admiration and strong friendship between the trio.

Their collective hope is clear: one day, all three young talents could find themselves in the same dressing room, building chemistry both on and off the pitch.

While a return is far from guaranteed, the combination of Real Madrid’s willingness to explore alternatives and Juventus’ interest in rekindling ties makes this story one of the most intriguing transfer possibilities on the horizon.
