Juventus have reportedly renewed their interest in Corinthians midfielder André ahead of the upcoming transfer window, with the Italian giants exploring a deal that could include Arthur as part of the negotiations.

According to Brazilian journalist Thiago Rodrigues, Juventus have resumed discussions to better understand the conditions required to sign the highly-rated Brazilian midfielder.

The Turin club had already monitored André in the past, but talks have now intensified as they evaluate their options to strengthen the midfield for the new season.

Arthur Could Play a Key Role

One of the most interesting aspects of the potential transfer is Juventus’ willingness to include Arthur in the deal. The Brazilian midfielder remains under contract with the Serie A club and could be used as a makeweight to lower the overall transfer fee while offering Corinthians an experienced replacement.

Arthur previously impressed during his time at Grêmio before making the move to Europe, and his profile is viewed as one that could help Corinthians maintain quality in midfield if André departs.

The proposed structure would allow Juventus to reduce their cash outlay while giving the Brazilian side both financial compensation and an established player.

Corinthians, however, are approaching the situation carefully. André is considered an essential part of the squad, and the club has no intention of selling him unless a proposal satisfies both their sporting ambitions and financial expectations.

Reports indicate the Brazilian club values the midfielder at around €20 million, and any agreement would need to meet that asking price.

Competition for André Remains

Although Juventus appear to be one of the clubs pushing hardest for André, they are not alone in the race.

A club from Turkey is also keeping a close eye on the Corinthians midfielder, meaning the Italian side could face competition if negotiations progress.

For now, discussions remain at an exploratory stage, but Juventus’ renewed interest highlights the club’s determination to strengthen its midfield before the new campaign.

Whether Arthur ultimately becomes part of the package could prove to be the decisive factor in reaching an agreement between the two clubs.
