Pep Guardiola’s era at Manchester City is reportedly coming to an end this summer, and the football world is already preparing for one of the biggest managerial changes in recent years.

According to SPORT Espana, the Catalan coach is ready to close a historic chapter after nearly a decade filled with trophies, dominance, and unforgettable moments at the Etihad Stadium.

Guardiola believes his mission with City has been fully accomplished, but his expected departure has immediately sparked huge interest across world football.

Several top clubs and national federations are already positioning themselves to secure the services of one of the most successful managers in modern football history.

Saudi Arabia Ready to Offer Massive Deal

As reported by SPORT Espana, both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have shown strong interest in appointing Guardiola.

The Saudi proposal is said to be particularly extraordinary, with figures potentially reaching between €80 million and €90 million per season including bonuses and salary. The interest goes beyond the Middle East.

Morocco is also closely monitoring Guardiola’s situation, believing the Spaniard could elevate their rapidly growing national team into a permanent global powerhouse following their impressive rise in recent international tournaments.

Meanwhile, European giants AC Milan and Juventus are also keeping a close eye on developments. Both clubs reportedly admire Guardiola and see him as the ideal figure to restore their dominance in European football, although no formal offers have been made so far.

Guardiola Planning a Break From Football

Despite the growing number of offers, Guardiola already appears to have a clear idea about his immediate future. The former FC Barcelona coach is reportedly not planning to accept a new role right away.

Instead, Guardiola wants to take a sabbatical year to rest and step away from the pressure and spotlight after ten demanding seasons in Manchester.

His intention is to recharge mentally and physically before eventually returning to football with a project that truly motivates him.

For now, however, one thing is certain: almost every major football institution in the world would love to have Pep Guardiola on their bench.
