Over the course of his Juventus career, Chiesa featured in 131 matches, tallying 32 goals and 20 assists across all competitions. One of his standout moments came in the 2021 Coppa Italia final, where he scored the winning goal against Atalanta.
However, his progress was interrupted by a serious ACL injury in January 2022 sidelining him for nearly 10 months and hampering his momentum upon return.
Despite this, Chiesa showed resilience. And making 37 appearances and netting 10 goals during the 2023–24 season—his busiest domestic campaign with the club.
In the summer of 2024, the Italian winger completed a move to Liverpool. The Merseyside club secured his services for an initial £10 million, with possible add-ons taking the total fee up to £12.5 million.
Chiesa expressed genuine excitement about joining Liverpool, saying: “I’m thrilled to be part of this club. When Richard Hughes and the coach reached out, I didn’t hesitate. I know the club’s legacy and what it means to the supporters.”
Since arriving at Anfield, Chiesa’s impact has been limited due to form and fitness issues. He has made 14 appearances, scoring twice. Despite a slow start, he marked his debut with a goal in a 4-0 FA Cup win over Accrington Stanley.
