AC Milan offer 2 players on SWAP for Nico Gonzalez

A new twist has emerged in the increasingly uncertain future of Nico Gonzalez, with the Juventus winger attracting interest from another Serie A giant.

According to Tuttosport, the Argentine has regularly returned to the Continassa training ground, but his desire to leave Juventus remains firmly unchanged.

Gonzalez’s preferred destination is still Spain, where he dreams of joining Atletico Madrid and working under Diego Simeone.

The Spanish club remains a possibility, although the situation has yet to develop into a concrete negotiation. For now, the Atletico option remains in the background as Juventus waits for the next steps.

However, the uncertainty surrounding Gonzalez’s future could open the door for a completely unexpected contender.

Milan Consider Surprise Move for Gonzalez

According to Tuttosport, AC Milan are prepared to explore the possibility of signing Gonzalez and have the financial resources required to put together a deal.

The Rossoneri are aware of Juventus’ position: the Bianconeri are demanding at least €25 million to sanction the Argentine’s departure.

That asking price could prove negotiable if Milan are willing to include a player as part of the deal. Juventus could be particularly interested in a potential swap arrangement involving players already appreciated by the club’s sporting department.

One of the names reportedly on the radar is Fikayo Tomori. The English centre-back has been followed by Juventus during previous transfer windows and could offer an attractive solution for Luciano Spalletti’s defensive plans.

Another intriguing possibility is Youssouf Fofana, who has recently emerged as a potential midfield option for Juventus. The French midfielder could provide physicality, defensive strength and balance in the middle of the pitch, making him a profile that could appeal to Spalletti.

The possibility of a Gonzalez-Tomori or Gonzalez-Fofana operation would therefore add a completely new dimension to the transfer saga. Rather than simply negotiating a cash deal, Juventus and Milan could explore a structure that benefits both clubs.

For Gonzalez, however, Atletico Madrid remains the dream destination. His preference for a move to Spain could ultimately have a decisive influence on the outcome, particularly if Simeone’s side decide to make a concrete move.

The coming days could therefore be crucial. Juventus must determine whether to wait for Atletico’s approach, negotiate directly with Milan or consider a deal involving one of the Rossoneri’s players.

What appeared to be a straightforward exit could now develop into one of the more intriguing transfer stories of the summer.
