Juventus plans to sell three players this summer

Juventus are determined to secure a spot in next season’s Champions League. And to safeguard their financial stability and avoid offloading key players. However, regardless of their qualification, three departures seem inevitable.

Competing in Europe’s premier tournament is crucial for the club’s revenue. Particularly after investing over €200 million between last summer and the winter transfer window.

Despite some recent signings failing to make a significant impact, the club remains optimistic about players such as Teun Koopmeiners, Nico Gonzalez, and Douglas Luiz, who are expected to stay beyond this season.

Additionally, Juventus’ management is keen to retain Kenan Yildiz at all costs. Reports suggest that Exor, the club’s majority shareholder, may inject €110 million in capital to prevent a mass exit and ensure the continuity of their top talents.

Nevertheless, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana Della Valle, three players are likely to leave, even if Juventus secure Champions League qualification.

Cambiaso, Vlahovic and Mbangula to leave this summer?

The most valuable departure is expected to be Andrea Cambiaso. The wingback, previously linked with Manchester City in January, remains on the radar of the Premier League champions. Who could make a strong push for his signature this summer. Given his rising stock, Juventus could see him as a significant financial asset to offload.

Meanwhile, Dusan Vlahovic and Samuel Mbangula are also tipped for exits, albeit for different reasons. The Serbian striker’s contract runs out next year, and with his inconsistent performances, Juventus may opt to sell him at a reduced price to cut their wage bill.

Mbangula, while not a household name, impressed under Thiago Motta earlier in the season. Juventus could cash in on him for a fee between €10 million and €15 million.

Despite these potential exits, Juventus remain focused on strengthening their squad while balancing their financial books.
