With both Antonio Conte and Gian Piero Gasperini no longer in contention for the Juventus bench, the Turin-based club continues its search for a new head coach.
Despite Igor Tudor still being under contract until June 2026, Juventus appears to be exploring other managerial options. Among the latest names to emerge, as reported by Sky Sport, is that of Marco Silva. He is currently managing English Premier League side Fulham.

He has been at the helm of Fulham since 2021, having just completed his fourth season with the club. Under his guidance, Fulham secured an 11th-place finish in the 2024–25 Premier League season.
In the two previous seasons, Silva led the Cottagers to 10th and 13th place finishes, respectively. Most notably, he guided Fulham to promotion in his debut season by winning the Championship, the second tier of English football.
Silva is recognized for his modern, attacking style of play and tactical flexibility. His preferred formation in recent seasons has been the 4-2-3-1. Which allows for a solid defensive base while giving creative freedom to attacking midfielders.
Before joining Fulham, Silva accumulated valuable Premier League experience managing Everton, Watford, and Hull City.

He began his coaching career in Portugal with Estoril. Where he gained attention for taking the modest club to the top flight. His success led him to Sporting Lisbon and then to Olympiacos in Greece, where he won the league title in his only season.
Though not yet a fixture among Europe’s elite coaches, Silva has proven himself capable of building competitive teams and working within the high-pressure environment of top-tier football.
With his contract at Fulham set to expire in 2026, Juventus may see him as a fresh, strategic choice to lead their next era.
