Juventus are continuing to explore emerging talent across Europe and have reportedly added Yann Gboho to their shortlist as a possible alternative to Kenan Yildiz.

According to La Stampa, the Bianconeri are closely monitoring the French-Ivorian attacking midfielder, born in 2001, who currently plays for Toulouse in Ligue 1.

Gboho is a technically gifted trequartista known for his creativity between the lines, versatility across attacking roles, and ability to operate in tight spaces.

These qualities align well with Juventus’ long-term vision of building a younger, dynamic squad capable of combining flair with tactical discipline.

The club sees him as a potential rotational option behind Yildiz, ensuring depth without sacrificing quality.

Comolli’s Influence and Market Conditions

As reported by La Stampa, the driving force behind Juventus’ interest is Damien Comolli, the club’s chief executive. Comolli is said to be a strong admirer of Gboho, having followed his development closely during his time as president of the French club.

The player is considered one of Comolli’s personal “discoveries,” which could give Juventus an advantage should negotiations progress.

Gboho is currently under contract with Toulouse until June 30, 2027, a factor that strengthens the French club’s negotiating position. His estimated market value stands at around €12 million, a figure Juventus consider relatively accessible when compared to other profiles on the market.

However, it remains unclear whether Toulouse are open to selling the player during the current transfer window, especially given his growing importance within the squad.

For Juventus, this potential move would reflect a broader strategy focused on sustainability and smart recruitment rather than headline-grabbing transfers.

While no formal bid has been submitted yet, Gboho’s name is firmly on the radar, and developments could follow in the coming weeks as the transfer market evolves.
