Juventus remain fully focused on strengthening Luciano Spalletti’s squad ahead of the new season, with the club actively pursuing reinforcements in both goal and attack while also working on several outgoing deals.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, negotiations continue on multiple fronts as the Bianconeri look to finalize key transfers before the start of the campaign.

Goalkeeper Priorities Shift as Suzuki and Vicario Move Ahead

Juventus are still facing resistance from Aston Villa in their pursuit of Emiliano “Dibu” Martínez.

The Premier League side has rejected the Bianconeri’s €6-7 million proposal, despite the Argentine goalkeeper reportedly pushing for a move to Turin after believing he had been promised the opportunity to leave.

As a result, Juventus have intensified discussions with Parma over Zion Suzuki, who remains one of the club’s top candidates to become their new first-choice goalkeeper.

Although the Japanese international has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, Juventus are working to narrow the gap between their valuation and Parma’s asking price.

Fresh talks took place on Thursday during a meeting at the Serie A League headquarters between Juventus CEO Giovanni Carnevali and Parma CEO Federico Cherubini. While negotiations remain ongoing, the two clubs have yet to reach an agreement.

Meanwhile, Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario remains a concrete alternative. Should Juventus decide to make a decisive move for the Italian shot-stopper, they will attempt to negotiate the most favorable terms possible.

At this stage, both Suzuki and Vicario appear to be ahead of Martínez in Juventus’ shortlist.

Juventus are also pushing to reinforce their attack by completing the signing of Randal Kolo Muani. The club has improved its latest offer to Paris Saint-Germain and is now awaiting a response from the French champions.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, there is growing confidence within Juventus that a final agreement can be reached.

Kolo Muani enjoyed an encouraging spell in Turin last season, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists in 22 appearances across all competitions, convincing the club that he should remain part of the project.

At the same time, Juventus continue to work on player departures. Discussions with Fiorentina are progressing over a loan move for Portuguese full-back João Mário.

The Bianconeri are open to the proposed formula and negotiations remain ongoing as both clubs seek a final agreement.

The 2000-born defender spent the last six months on loan at Bologna and now looks set for another move as Juventus reshape their squad.
