Juventus are preparing for a significant technical overhaul, signaling the start of a new era built on trusted relationships and a clear tactical vision.

According to Tuttosport, the club is ready to reshape its spine by leaning on players closely aligned with Luciano Spalletti.

The Tuscan coach is reportedly eager to bring his most reliable figures—often described as his “pretorian guard”—to Turin, players capable of instantly implementing his ideas on the pitch while strengthening unity in the dressing room.

A Goalkeeper to Anchor the Revolution

At the top of Juventus’ wishlist is a goalkeeper with proven international pedigree. The leading candidate is Alisson Becker, currently at Liverpool FC.

With Michele Di Gregorio failing to fully convince the technical staff and Mattia Perin expected to seek more regular playing time elsewhere, Juventus see the Brazilian as the ideal figure to take control between the posts.

Alisson’s profile fits perfectly into Spalletti’s philosophy. Having already worked under the coach during his time at AS Roma, the goalkeeper brings familiarity with the system, along with leadership and composure.

His exceptional ability with the ball at his feet and confidence in high-pressure situations make him a natural fit for a team aiming to build play from the back—one of Spalletti’s tactical cornerstones.

Financial Puzzle Behind the Move

Despite Alisson’s elite status, the potential transfer may be more attainable than expected. Reports suggest Liverpool could be willing to negotiate a deal in the region of €10–15 million, a surprisingly accessible figure for a player of his caliber.

This valuation reflects both market dynamics and the player’s contractual situation, opening a realistic window for Juventus to act decisively.

However, the main obstacle lies in the Brazilian’s salary. Currently earning around €6 million net per season, Alisson would represent a significant financial commitment for the Italian giants.

Juventus may need to explore creative solutions, such as spreading the contract over multiple years or restructuring their wage bill, to make the deal sustainable.

This potential signing encapsulates Juventus’ broader ambition: blending experience, tactical intelligence, and leadership to restore the club’s competitive edge both domestically and in Europe.
