Juventus are stepping up efforts to revamp their midfield, with Granit Xhaka emerging as a prime target.
Head coach Igor Tudor and newly appointed general manager Damien Comolli are leading the rebuild, aiming to inject experience and depth into the squad.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are seriously considering a move for the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder, who may be available for around €15 million (£13m/$17m).
Xhaka had previously agreed on personal terms with AC Milan. However, the move fell through after Milan failed to reach a deal with Leverkusen.

Juventus now see an opportunity to pounce, with Comolli convinced the Swiss international can add leadership and balance to the team. Despite being 31, Xhaka remains a commanding presence and brings valuable Bundesliga and Premier League experience.
But Newcastle United’s steep €70 million (£60m/$82m) asking price makes the deal unlikely. Tonali would fit Tudor’s tactical system perfectly, but the financials are proving to be a major hurdle.
Sporting CP’s Morten Hjulmand and Tottenham Hotspur’s Yves Bissouma are also on Juventus’ radar. Both players offer energy and defensive cover, crucial traits for Tudor’s midfield blueprint.
