Juventus have intensified their scouting activity in Serie A, with a special focus on young talents capable of fitting into Igor Tudor’s tactical plans.

According to Tuttosport, one of the most intriguing names currently on the Bianconeri’s radar is Norton-Cuffy, the promising full-back currently shining for Genoa. Juventus scouts were reportedly present at the Marassi stadium to watch the player in action, confirming the club’s growing interest in his potential.

Born in 2004, Norton-Cuffy has impressed many observers with his pace, stamina, and physical presence. His dynamic style of play and ability to push forward make him a perfect fit for Tudor’s system.

The Juventus coach views him as an ideal wide option who could operate both in a three-man defense or in more fluid tactical setups. His speed and attacking instinct could add unpredictability and depth to Juventus’ flanks, areas that Tudor is eager to strengthen.

However, signing Norton-Cuffy will not come easily. Tuttosport reports that Genoa have placed a valuation between €10 and €12 million on the young defender — a fair price given his development and potential.

The Ligurian club, though, would prefer to keep him at least until June, making a transfer during the upcoming summer window far more likely than in January.

Napoli also in the race

Juventus are not alone in the pursuit. Napoli have also shown strong interest in the talented full-back, setting the stage for what could become a heated transfer duel between two of Italy’s top clubs.

Both teams recognize Norton-Cuffy’s growth trajectory and his suitability for modern, high-tempo football. For Juventus, the move would align perfectly with their broader strategy of rejuvenating the squad while maintaining quality and balance.

The Bianconeri’s management is expected to proceed cautiously but decisively, knowing that securing Norton-Cuffy’ could prove a key investment for the future.

If the transfer materializes, it would not only strengthen Juventus’ defensive options but also reinforce their commitment to building a new generation of technically gifted, dynamic players ready to compete at the highest level.
