Juve plan to sign the striker, 5 names on the table

In a season where new attacking arrivals have failed to deliver the expected impact—both Jonathan David and, even more so, Loïs Openda—Juventus have already begun shaping their plans for the future of their forward line.

According to Tuttosport, the club is actively assessing market opportunities ahead of the summer transfer window, with a clear profile in mind: a physically dominant number nine capable of leading the attack independently.

The Bianconeri are expected to allocate a budget in the region of €30–40 million for this role, although much will depend on whether the club secures qualification for the UEFA Champions League.

That factor alone could significantly influence both financial flexibility and the calibre of players Juventus can realistically target.

Vlahović Remains Central to Juventus Plans

Despite the uncertainty surrounding potential reinforcements, Juventus remain firmly focused on Dušan Vlahović. The Serbian striker is considered a cornerstone of the project, and discussions over a contract renewal are ongoing.

However, the situation is not without complications. Interest from AC Milan could create pressure, while unresolved issues regarding agent commissions continue to delay a final agreement.

Juventus’ ideal scenario is to retain Vlahović and pair him with Randal Kolo Muani, a familiar name who has long been linked with the club. The French forward is once again expected to be at the centre of transfer speculation in the coming months, much like last year.

His current club, Paris Saint-Germain, is reportedly willing to negotiate at a fee of around €30 million—far more reasonable compared to previous valuations.

Alternative Targets and Market Opportunities

Still, Juventus are keeping their options open. As highlighted by Tuttosport, several alternative profiles are being monitored closely.

Among them is Darwin Núñez, who could be on the move again, as well as Mateo Retegui …

… and Joshua Zirkzee.

However, any potential deal for Núñez or Retegui would likely require a significant reduction in salary to align with Juventus’ financial structure.

Another intriguing possibility is Romelu Lukaku. His relationship with Napoli appears to be nearing its end, and with his contract set to expire in a year, the Belgian striker could emerge as a market opportunity.

For now, it remains a speculative scenario—but one that could quickly evolve depending on circumstances.
Overall, Juventus are entering a decisive phase in redefining their attacking identity.

With strategic planning already underway and multiple options on the table, the upcoming transfer window could prove pivotal in restoring both firepower and consistency to their frontline.
